About Our Little Bookstore Where Customers Come
First
While in the process
of deciding what her next life choice would be after
retirement from a 31-year career in Banking,
Paula enrolled in a Small Business Owner
Management course, the final graded project of which was
to write a business plan. If Paula was going to open a
business, what kind would it be? She always had an
idea there should be a bookstore in her local area; so
she wrote the business plan based on that idea. Thus was born
Empire Books Inc. which opened on August 30,
2006.

Books
Our wide and varied selection includes
all the current best sellers, fiction and non-fiction, the "old"
classics to children's books. All of the Books are
discounted from the cover price everyday.
Empire Books is not a "discount" bookstore, however: our intention
is to offer the customers in the local area a convenient and
pleasant neighborhood establishment with merchandise offered at an
affordable price. In addition, special orders are
our specialty. If you're looking
for a title that is not currently in stock, it can be
ordered for you. Turnaround time for special orders is
usually between 7 to 10 working days.
Relaxation Products
We have a wide variety of
candles, incense, aromatherapy and relaxation music CDs. Many
scents are available, including lavender and sandalwood. The
relaxation music includes sacred Native American music and Reiki
meditation music to five different titles of fairy music that
is very quiet and soothing. |
